We provide a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package to help ensure your success: Paid Training Paid health insurance Paid Life Insurance Dental and Vision insurance available 401(k) matching Paid holidays & Paid time off Employee discount Referral program Responsibilities: Schedule and assign daily work objectives to technicians Train, coach, supervise, monitor and assist technicians with their performance Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs Review open repair order report daily to resolve future problems and get orders closed Communicate with various dealership personnel to ensure quality of customer service Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations Follow company safety procedures. Comply and adhere to Volkswagen guidelines for warranty and general repairs Qualifications Shop Foreman Experience Volkswagen Certification Strong attention to detail Excellent written and communication skills Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Critical thinker, ability to solve mathematical problems, using logic and reasoning Time management, prioritizing workload Vanguard Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
