POSITION SUMMARYWe seek to hire a talented, positive, and motivated Creative Director with a strong media (photography and video) and event background to join our growing team. Reporting to VP of Creative Operations, the Creative Director possesses a unique creative eye and the portfolio to prove it. If you can churn out amazing creative strategy and concepts and seamlessly bring your vision to life within different media, this may be the role for you! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Associate Creative Director with additional team expansion expectedWork in collaboration with design team, Chief Creative Officer, and partner departments - Account, Production, Events, and MediaConceptualize smart, visually compelling work for small- and large-scale projects, including print and digital applications, media (video, photography, podcast), interactive, merchandise, live and virtual experiential events, etc. If you can dream it, we can execute it - we dream BIG!Oversee timely creative execution of multiple projects simultaneously:Generate visual concepts and assets across all Haute media platformsInspire clients toward progressive creativity through the application of fresh and inventive visual work Introduce and apply expert design to the visual elements of creative projectsEnsure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaignsUncover innovative ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaignsPerform other duties as assigned or required.Adhere to all company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 7 years' related experience with 3 years of video/film production or event design experience in an agency or corporate settingDetailed portfolio, including samples of planning documents, available for submission and review with applicationExperience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the messaging platform to overseeing production on time and budgetUnderstanding and experience creating integrated content across multiple marketing channelsProven experience with concept developmentCritical thinking and problem-solving acumen to tackle creative needs and business objectivesExhibit capacity to understand the customer or end user journeyDemonstrated expertise with accurate time and resource budgeting, as well as assigning effective and efficient resources for various project typesDemonstrated proficiency in documentation and communication with sharing information and articulating the rationale behind art direction decisions KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Detail oriented, dependable, responsible, with good communication skillsDelivers new ideas with an articulated point of viewCommunicates to prospects and clients through strong strategic and creative presentation skills Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm, and initiativeHighly organized in a fast-moving creative environmentEffective multi-tasker with ability to set correct prioritiesDemonstrates strong attention to detail in creative asset executionAdapts to rapidly changing schedules while keeping other projects in playCustomer service oriented with superior client relationship skillsTeam driven and comfortable giving and receiving direction Presents professionally across levels with an ability to work effectively with executive leaders, senior management, and production colleaguesMaintains a high level of confidentiality and acts with integrity and business acumen EDUCATION & TRAINING Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience with branding, event and tradeshow design, merchandise design, and video PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer and telephoneThis position requires continuous viewing of a computer screen and sitting for prolonged periods of timeAble to travel to/from working location(s) as needed and requiredAble to stand for up to 3 hours at a timeAble to push/pull/lift up to 20 pounds REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION Haute is a Fair Chance and Equal Opportunity Employer.
