Job Description Job Description About the Role Source Termite Solutions is a pest control company focused exclusively on termite inspections and treatments for residential and commercial customers. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our termite service operations, oversee a team of licensed termite technicians, and ensure consistent, high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines fieldwork, technician development, and day-to-day operational management for a termite-only service branch. What We Offer Estimated earning potential: $60,000–$100,000 annually based on performance, territory, and team size. Team performance bonuses tied to technician production, service quality, and documentation compliance. Personal sales commissions on termite services (e.g., Sentricon systems, liquid termite treatments, exclusion/repair work). Monthly activity bonus for consistent field presence, quality checks, and coaching. Ongoing training, licensing support, and growth opportunities in termite service management. Key Responsibilities Lead daily termite service operations, including scheduling, route efficiency, and workload management for termite-only work. Maintain a strong field presence through job-site visits, inspections, quality checks, and technician ride?alongs on termite jobs. Oversee all termite inspections, treatments, and follow-up services to ensure they meet company standards and state regulatory requirements. Coach, train, and hold termite technicians accountable for production, service quality, safety, and proper documentation. Price, schedule, and review termite jobs, renewals, and warranties, ensuring accurate scopes and profitable execution. Handle customer escalations, complaints, and cancellation risks; work to retain accounts through responsive, solution?oriented service. Monitor KPIs such as production, callbacks/re-services, renewal rates, and sales conversion on termite inspections. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory of termite-specific equipment, tools, and products, including safe handling and disposal. Collaborate with ownership/leadership on branch goals, staffing needs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications – Termite License & Experience Active, current termite license in good standing is required (no exceptions). Termite license must be valid in the state(s) where Source Termite Solutions operates and must be maintained throughout employment. 2 years of field experience in termite inspections and treatments (WDO/termite-only or heavy termite emphasis). 1 year of leadership, lead tech, or supervisory experience in pest/termite control, construction trades, or similar field services preferred. Strong understanding of termite biology, inspection methods, soil and structural treatments, and monitoring/baiting systems (e.g., Sentricon or similar). Proven ability to coach technicians, manage routes, and drive performance metrics while maintaining safety and compliance. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and CRM/route software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Field-based role with frequent visits to customer properties and job sites. Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, under structures, and in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs, handle hoses, drills, and other termite equipment safely. Mix of fieldwork, customer interaction, and office/administrative responsibilities (scheduling, reporting, coaching).
