Construction Project Manager - Data Center Construction - Base Salary to 140k/year - Hubbard, TX Our client is a nationally ranked, family-owned general contractor with 60 years of experience delivering large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. Known for self-performing over 75% of project scope, they offer long-term stability and a strong project pipeline. The company is seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience leading large-scale, ground-up construction projects ($100M) . The Construction Project Manager will support a multi-year (8 year) data center development in Hubbard, TX. Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence Oversee project safety program and ensure compliance with company standards Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure labor, materials, and equipment availability Conduct owner meetings and act as primary client liaison Manage cost reporting, scheduling, and project documentation Lead QA/QC processes and ensure project is delivered to specifications Identify and resolve field and design issues; implement recovery plans as needed Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer with a general contractor Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects valued at $100M total project size Experience managing $50M in trade packages Ability to manage project schedule, cost, and subcontractors end-to-end Experience working for a commercial GC (not residential) Willingness to work on-site in Hubbard, TX (travel or relocation required) Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or manufacturing project experience Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP, SDI, and large-scale safety programs Compensation: Base salary in the 100k - 140k/year range Annual bonus Per diem/travel coverage Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401k with match PTO plus paid holidays INDALL
