Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative , are you
looking for an opportunity to be part of a team? You will support
our Property & Casualty insurance team in delivering exceptional
service every day. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point
of contact for clients regarding their Property & Casualty
insurance policies. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
promptly and professionally. Assist clients with policy questions,
billing inquiries, coverage explanations, and document requests.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations,
reinstatements, and certificates of insurance. Ensure client
records are accurate and up-to-date in the agency management
system. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college
degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in an insurance customer
service role, ideally in Property & Casualty lines. Active Property
& Casualty Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain
within a set time frame). Working knowledge of P&C insurance
products (auto, home, renters, general liability, etc.). Strong
organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. If
