Responsibilities: As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service to our clients. The CSR would also be
responsible for checking in/out patients and verifying insurance
eligibility for a fast-paced center. Provide exceptional customer
service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and
ensuring customer satisfaction. Provides clerical support to
assigned departments in the areas of patient registration. Maintain
accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer
needs and provide timely solutions. Release of patient information
and appointments scheduling, and Data entry of client information
into Electronic Health Records (EHR). Benefits and Incentives:

Service Representative Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner -
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company
policies to customers - Assist customers with placing orders,
processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints -
Maintain customer records by updating account information and
documenting interactions - Collaborate with other departments to
ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Follow up
with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide

diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience
