• Overall management of the ETS-Lindgren, Design Engineering Department and its relevant departmental processes
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives
• Chair the New Product Development Committee and oversee all ongoing product development initiatives
• Manages the allocation of engineering resources to new product development, custom development, and sustaining engineering
• Oversight of the technical review of proposals for custom products. Generate cost estimates and technical sales documents for OTC custom projects and select T&M chamber projects
• Continues improvement initiatives
• Advanced technical degree of 10+ years of industry related experience
• Engineering Management training or experience - Preferred Requirements
  • 5+ years of Engineering Management experience in a related industry
