Requirements: What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on robots, jigs, and facility equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Install and remove machinery and equipment Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals Support safety standards , team training, and Kaizen (continuous improvement) efforts Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Associate degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Maintenance (preferred) 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical) Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs , and maintenance tools Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision – Employee pays one low cost, and Futaba covers 95% Benefits start fast – 1st of the month after 30 days (no 90-day wait!) $500 bonus after 90 days 401(k) with company match Company-paid Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability Paid Time Off : 9 Paid Holidays 6 Sick Days 2 Weeks Vacation (after 1 year) Paid Plant Shutdowns in July & December
