You’ll: Review and manage daily work orders through ServiceTitan Plan routes, gather necessary supplies, and arrive at jobs prepared Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly communicate solutions to customers Provide repair and replacement options, upsell services, and grow customer comfort memberships Perform repairs, maintenance, and system testing to ensure quality and efficiency Document all work performed and maintain organized records using ServiceTitan & Conduit Tech Keep your work truck clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next job Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every call Hiring Expectations : Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. Job requirements Experience: 6-10 years in HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation Licenses/Certifications: EPA Certification (Refrigerant EPA & TX HVAC License required) Valid driver's license with a clean record Skills & Attributes: Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills Ability to upsell and explain services to customers Comfortable using ServiceTitan and other digital tools Other Requirements: Must pass a background check & drug test Valid driver’s license with a clean record HVAC Cowboys is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
