reputation for integrity. Job Description Position Summary: This
position is responsible to provide day to day EHS support to the
facility locations and operating teams within the designated
region. Support includes coaching, teaching, and training field
personnel on safe operating behaviors and the design, development,
and implementation of safety and risk control programs. Functions
as a subject matter expert and consultant to help internal clients
build sustainable loss improvement processes within their operating
organizations that they will own and operate. Primary
Responsibilities Provide daily and continuous safety support to
their designated region. Conduct compliance reviews, general risk
assessments and other safety assessments to support AWP Safety -
EHS Management. Provide daily guidance and direction in EHS
programs to the field level, facility leadership level, and
regional leadership to ensure a common and effective approach.
Maintain, audit, and update as needed AWP Safety - SOPs for all
safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in the
day-to-day training. Coach, train, guide, and mentor the regional
employees through the AWP Safety Management System. Review
accidents/incidents which occur in the area of responsibility and
conduct field audits, reporting and managing the correction
actions. Participate in and support detailed incident
investigations and Root Cause Analysis. Assist in the development
and presentation of relevant EHS training. Ability to work with
employees and leadership to achieve cultural change in the face of
potential resistance. Travel to branch locations and jobsites as
required and perform any additional duties as needed. Field
Specific Responsibilities Visit and walk the jobsites on a regular
basis to establish EHS presence and provide support- 80% Travel
within designated region. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly EHS
Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed. Perform field safety
observations during each visit. Conduct critical behavior-based
safety observations as needed. Perform additional duties as
assigned by the Business Unit EHS Director. Work with the branch
leadership and field teams to ensure work practices are understood
and followed. Conduct EHS audits and assessments of on-going
operations to measure compliance with regulatory requirements and
conformance to AWP Safety company policies and procedures. Serves
as the single point of contact for Region and Branch leadership in
area of responsibility. Ensures EHS policies, procedures, programs,
and systems are trained and available to the employees. Key
Performance Indicator Metrics This position will be responsible to
influence the following performance metrics: EHS Management System
Facility Action Plans Region EHS Training Compliance: >95% OSHA
Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR): OSHA Days Away Restricted
and Transfer Cases (DART) Incident Investigation and Root Cause
Analysis Weekly Branch Location Visit Summary Completion: 8/week –
32/month – 384/year Driver Qualification Files and Compliance:
>95% Responsible Vehicle Accident Rate Coverage area - Austin,
San Antonio, Corpus Christi, TX Travel - 80% Qualifications 5-8
years of work experience in the EHS field Bachelor’s degree in EHS
or any applicable field preferred or equivalent work experience.
EHS certification a plus Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
software applications, software management systems, and EHS
management systems and reporting platforms. Must maintain a
current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of
suspension or revocation. Must be able to travel and be out in the
field 80% of the time. Additional Information WHAT YOU WILL LOVE

Compensation: $ 90-115K Company Vehicle Bonus. The base pay offered
will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending
on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge,
