Job Description Job Description Sr. Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, specifically with manufacturing facilities, cold storage facilities, and distribution centers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly. Monitor project budgets and expenses, making necessary adjustments and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring all members are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to on job sites. Conduct regular project meetings and provide reports to upper management on project status. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial construction. Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing facilities, cold storage facilities, and distribution centers. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Knowledge of project management software and tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience working with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
