manufacturing and logistics, with future applications in
healthcare, the home, and beyond. We operate at the cutting edge of
embodied AI, applying our expertise across the full robotics stack

defining the equipment, tooling, and process parameters required to
meet rigorous quality, cost, and throughput targets. You will

roadblocks. Key Accountabilities Process Development & Validation:
Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes and ensure
processes meet yield and throughput targets. DFM/DFA & Risk
Mitigation: Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly
(DFA) reviews with R&D. Utilize PFMEA or similar to proactively
identify and mitigate technical risks before they reach the factory
floor. Tooling & Fixture Engineering: Design, procure, and validate
custom assembly fixtures, jigs, and specialized production tooling.
Ensure all tools meet tight-tolerance requirements and ergonomic
standards. NPI Transition: Lead the "technical hand-off" to
production by troubleshooting pilot runs, resolving material
issues, and qualifying/onboarding Tier-1 Contract Manufacturers
(CMs). Technical Approvals: Act as a key reviewer in the PLM change
management workflow; approve ECOs/MCOs to ensure production
readiness. Data Integrity: Maintain a foundational understanding of
ERP (Microsoft Business Central) to verify BOMs, routings, and work
centers against physical processes. Skills & Requirements Technical
Design: Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Nx) for fixture design
and assembly review. Analytical Rigor: Command of SPC, DOE, and
Root Cause Analysis (8D or 5-Whys). Business Systems: Foundational
knowledge of ERP and PLM workflows (Bonus for Microsoft BC ERP and
Teamcenter PLM) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,
Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 8 years in
process development/NPI within high-volume or complex hardware
environments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS [Prolonged periods of sitting
