Haute is looking for an awesomely talented Account Manager with
trade show experience to join our team. Haute is a creative
powerhouse that makes videos, apps, websites, tradeshow
booths/events, podcasts, print and more. From concerts to
campaigns, we approach every touchpoint with the end user in mind

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage projects from start to finish with Account Director
supervision including: status reports and budgets for all assigned
projects.
Support the management of your assigned clients experiential
marketing portfolio and other event and marketing initiatives.
Create and oversee project strategies, marketing goals, schedules,
deadlines and budgets.
Write project/creative briefs.
Act as the primary person of contact for assigned projects, and
coordinate communications between the Creative, Events, Client
Services, Production and Accounting teams.
Act as liaison between clients, agencies and appropriate
third-party vendors.
Proactively anticipate and problem solve for issues that may arise
during the execution of a project/event.
Manage show service requirements with Events department.
Maintain workflow and internal communications via the project
management systems Wrike and Box.com ensuring all relative
documents are archived for project history (final decks, SOWs,
etc.).
Assist appropriate departments and vendors to design initial floor
plans.
Assist internal departments in coordinating with outside exhibit
companies to refine floor plans to produce cost effective
plans.
Assist the events department in documenting all third-party show
expenses such as electrical, drayage, freight, telecommunications,
and graphics to avoid exhibit house mark-ups.
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of trade show production and
act as a primary liaison with exhibit houses/convention
centers.
Partner with appropriate internal departments to maintain exhibit
inventory and provide client ongoing and comprehensive reports.
Assist, as necessary, with coordinating hotel blocks and any
offsite events, such as dinners and transportation.
Complete accurate post-show reconciliation and reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events, PR or equivalent
experience.
1+ years-experience working in client services at an advertising
agency.
1+ years-experience in the trade show and event planning
industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a full-service advertising agency.
Experience working with podcast and video production.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Works well under pressure: Has a patient and calm approach when
managing and moving forward multiple projects or tasks at once.
Excellent proofreading skills for spelling, grammar and
context.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events, PR or equivalent
experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see,
read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer and
telephone
This position requires continuous viewing of a computer screen and
sitting for prolonged periods of time
Able to travel to/from working location(s) as needed and
required
Able to stand for up to 3 hours at a time
Able to push/pull/lift up to 20 pounds
