Including, but not limited to:Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, STEP Energy Services, or the oil and gas industryEnsures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effectiveMaintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to STEP Energy Services and/or the oil and gas industryIdentifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improveConducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessionsCollaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programsEnsures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budgetMonitor, train, and support entry level training coordinatorsServe as subject matter expert for all current and emerging industry specific safety critical training requirements.Design and prepare educational aids and materialAssist the training team in the safety qualifications for field professionalsCoordinate all Non-DOT professional's driver training and evaluationsLiaison between STEP and external training providers regarding scheduling, PO's and invoicingWork collaboratively with all departments at STEP Energy Services -Coordinate with training manager to provide support on scheduling, tracking and planning for competency-based trainingProvide support to the team and all STEP professionals for the EHS Insite.Support training department by creating/converting online course content or materials with multimedia development toolsAdministrative duties and project management tasksPerforms other related duties as assignedWE OFFER: -Benefits: Robust benefits package that includes:MedicalDentalVisionCompany-paid short -term disabilityCompany-paid Life and AD&D.
