Job Description:

SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Production, the Production Manager works closely across Haute departments to ensure projects are executed flawlessly. Participating in all aspects of project management contributing to creating successful events and programs. This includes sourcing, procurement, record and project timekeeping, and final delivery of goods and services. The position performs a variety of tasks requiring detail, organization, and speed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gather project requirements and manage all production aspects on behalf of the client, working with vendors on delivery timetables and maintaining on updated status of assigned projects.Input all project specifications and relevant data into an internal procurement system and maintain key data points in the system, including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.Reconcile all purchase in project budget, including net cost, vendor, vendor invoice number and PO number.Maintain good working relationships with key vendors.Alert warehouse team of incoming shipment timelines, providing tracking and disposition information. Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates.Assist Account Managers in compiling account and project updates for key presentations as directed.Escalate production issues immediately to management.In collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Team, investigate potential suppliers and make recommendations based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and schedule availability to derive cost efficiencies for projects or campaigns.Organize, plan and coordinate assigned projects.Manage and prioritize projects based on due dates.Majority of tasks are production management related and require interaction and efficient inter-departmental communication with Finance & Events teams.Process purchase requests from other departments via the Purchase Request FormCreates purchase orders and submits invoices for payment.Setup new Merchandise-only projects as needed with Accounting, and using Wrike, Box and TimeCamp.Maintains and enters accurate project-related time accruals in TimeCamp daily.Takes ownership and maintains the Production inbox, checking it multiple times daily and responds to incoming inquiries by end of day.Assist with sourcing goods and services, including identifying potential new vendors, as directed. Collaborates with Warehouse team to fulfill project requirements.Performs other duties as assigned or required.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS3 years' experience in ProductionBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceHybrid position working remotely with expectation for travel to Cedar Park Warehouse location as needed to fulfill project requirementsIntermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPointPreferred: Working knowledge of project management system Wrike, cloud management system Box & Slack communication platformPreferred: QuickBooks experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent customer focus, with the ability to clearly communicate requirements and expectations across levels, internally and externally.Attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information and evaluating the completion of various project phases.Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing project priority levels.Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High-energy and self-motivated team player.In-depth understanding of the project lifecycle.Excellent time-management, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
