Job Description:
SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Media Production, the
Studio Manager ensures office and studio operations run smoothly by
managing a diverse field of responsibilities. This highly
interactive and client-facing role is best suited to someone that
thrives in eclectic and fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging
and creating positive experiences for others. Duties range from
administrative to functional and everything in-between; the ideal
candidate will demonstrate a natural flexibility and affinity for
transitioning between tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome talent, clients and colleagues to the studio upon
arrival and provide assistance, as needed, during visits
- Maintain the production calendar, updating daily to ensure
accuracy
- Construct clear, concise communications to internal and
external customers
- Administer talent contracts for in-studio shoots
- Book and prepare conference rooms, returning spaces to ready
condition afterward
- Regularly monitor and adjust office and studio spaces for best
appearance and function
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships related to
office and studio maintenance. Contract/schedule/oversee
improvements and repairs.
- Monitor office/studio/breakroom supplies, ordering and
restocking as necessary
- Record accurately, and submit timely, all expenses while
complying with current accounting policy and procedures
- Achieve organizational efficiency in areas of
responsibility
- Act as point person for mail, shipping and miscellaneous
errands
- Coordinate with and assist production team on set as
needed
- Organize on and off-site team/studio events as needed
- Book transport and accommodations
- Provide general office assistance to employees
- Represent Haute favorably through exemplary professionalism and
courtesy
- Follow all Haute company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager's
direction MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of related experience in a corporate, creative or
media agency setting with demonstrated knowledge of video
production
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and
online forums
- Able to report to Cedar Park, TX, office location daily
- Able to work extended hours on occasion and as needed
- Preferred: Experience helping on video production sets
- Preferred: Experience with modern digital video production,
related equipment and processes
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative CloudKNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Strong attention to detail and passionate about
organization
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and
executive support-related tasks, while working independently with

- Excellent time management and resource budgeting with a
demonstrated ability to assign effective and efficient resources to
various project types
- Able to communicate clearly and courteously, verbally and in
writing, with internal and external stakeholders and across
levels
- Customer-service orientation and a real desire to create a
great work environment for others PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid,
see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer and
telephone
- This position will require continuous viewing of a computer
screen and sitting for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation for traveling to/from working
locations
- Must be able to stand for up to 3 hours at a time
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 20 pounds REASONABLE
