  Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the organization.
  • Improve process and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement department and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Financial responsibility for the facility to include Profit & Loss Statements, Month-End Financials and Budgeting.
  • A general understanding of human resources, of organizing recruitment and placement of required staff. Understanding of organizational structures, delegation of tasks and accountabilities. Be able to establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of others involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary. Environmental compliance.
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, AP and AR.
  • Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
  • Liaison with all levels of management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities. Implement and manage operational plans.
    Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:
    • Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
    • Hardworking.
    • Physical ability to preform heavy work, exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 20lbs force frequently.
    • Comfortable working in extreme heat and cold.
    • Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
    • Planning: An ability to think ahead and plan over a 30, 60, 90-day time spans and prepare action plans to achieve results.
    • Experience: High level managerial, 4 years of past experience managing personnel and working with upper-level managers and with multiple divisions of the company.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree is business administration, management, or related field preferred.
    • An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and associate relations.
    • Quality orientation and attention to detail.
    • Problem analysis and resolution.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
