Acute Care Hospital. Full time Permanent Position. NOT TRAVEL Med Surg RN Cedar Park, TX Night and Day Shifts Name of unit and # of Beds Per Unit: Med/Surg - 36 beds How many positions are open: 7 Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 6 ratio Credentials required: TX RN Will you accept pending license - - - NO Facility Size: 108 beds Scrub Color: Navy Blue Shift: Both AM and PM Is it a Union Facility: - - - - - NO - - - - - Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE 's): Our busiest unit, 36 bed general Med/Surg tele, floats if needed based on skill set and competency. Currently are taking Covid patients on the Med/Surg side How many years of experience and education is required: 1 year of acute care Compensation: Salary range, retention bonus, relocation package, shift diff for weekends or nights? Salary range is $29-$39 based on years of experience, $10, 000 sign on bonus for those with at least 1 year of acute care experience, relocation assistance available as well. Shift differential ranges from $2.50/hr up to $6.00/hr. Additional Information Share about the hospital- how many beds, critical access? Trauma center? 108 beds, level IV trauma center - - Please share a little bit about the Community- population, location and insight on housing in the area, area attractions. Anything that can be helpful to share with candidates not from the area. - Just 20 minutes from Downtown Austin and all it has to offer. This is a 14 year old hospital, modern and updated, clean, pretty campus. Close to both Downtown as well as Hill country.
