Travel - Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/Critical Care

Job Description:

ICU Registered Nurses must provide top end care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions. ICU Nurses must have the ability to make immediate and accurate decisions while keeping composed during unpredictable, traumatic events.Responsibilities:ICU Nurses responsibilities include:

Evaluating the progress of the patient.
Taking needed steps if the patient's condition changes.
Helping medical staff with procedures.
Ensuring all medical equipment is functioning properly while caring for the patient.
Providing necessary medication in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Providing emotional support while updating family members of current health status of the patient.

Requirements

One year of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse within the past two years.
- Current RN License in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
- Negative Drug Screen.
