Job Title: Neurologist
Location: Cedar Park, TX
Salary: We are offering a competitive base salary, with additional productivity incentives, and full employee benefits. We also offer paid relocation and CME expenses, as well as a possible training stipend or educational loan repayment assistance.
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Neurologist to join our team and provide excellent care to our patients. This position will cover inpatient consults/call including our certified stroke program, as well as an outpatient setting. We have on-site EEG capability, advanced imaging, interventional radiology, and a sleep center. This position requires Epileptologist training and a specialized interest in seizure/headache, sleep medicine, and the ability to read 3hr EEG studies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
--- Provide exceptional care to patients in a hospital setting
--- Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations
--- Monitor and assess patient health
--- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments
--- Interpret imaging results and test results
--- Provide education and support to patients and their families
--- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
--- MD/DO degree in Neurology
--- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
--- Current state medical license
--- Epileptologist training
--- Ability to read 3hr EEG studies
Experience and Skills:
--- Experience managing inpatient and outpatient consultations
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Proficiency in medical terminology
--- Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly
--- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
--- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
--- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records
