As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Our nurses enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance flexible scheduling, 100% licensure/certification reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, and up to $20K student loan payments.We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team on the Night Shift!Our Medical/Surgical Unit is a 36 bed unit focused on providing a high level of direct and individualized care to treat patients with a variety of general and specialized surgical procedures, including orthopedic, bariatric, urology, and cardiac. General medical population to include respiratory, endocrine, nephrology, neurology, cardiology and wound care.*Job Duties*:* Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care* Assists physicians during examinations and procedures* Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse* Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills* Relies on experience and judgment to perform a variety of tasks and accomplish goals*Minimum Requirements: ** Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program.
