Job Description:

The registered nurse practices independently, providing routine and complex patient care while demonstrating clinical awareness and long-term planning skills.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, with adherence to ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications, and documents care accurately.
Provides patient and family education, ensures safety, and manages unit operations, staffing, and equipment.
Utilizes critical thinking and evidence-based practices, facilitates patient flow, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations.
Technical skills include documentation, medical equipment use, order processing, and patient chart interpretation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's preferred, 1-year related experience preferred, BLS and RN licensure required. Work hours are 7AM-7PM, full-time.
