Job Description:
This nursing role requires independent practice in a clinical
setting, providing routine and complex care while managing
contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans,
administering treatments, and documenting care.
Utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and the
nursing process to deliver quality care.
Manages patient flow, unit operations, and ensures safety and
compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintains proficiency in clinical policies, health information
documentation, medical equipment, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related
experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure.
Work is per diem as needed, supporting a flexible schedule.
