Job Description:
Seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee outpatient
services across multiple states. Develop and implement strategies
to enhance patient outcomes and operational performance. Provide
supervision, training, and professional development for staff,
ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate seamless patient
transitions and lead program expansion using validated
interventions. Manage network growth and oversee mobile assessment
teams. Provide direct outpatient care as needed. Minimum 5 years of
clinical leadership experience and Nevada licensing (Psychologist
or LCSW) required. Strong organizational, communication, and
regulatory knowledge essential. Physical and emotional stability
necessary to handle high-stress situations. Full-time role based in
Saint George, UT, with relocation required; salary starting at
$103,000 plus benefits including PTO, insurance, and 401(k).
