Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated and skilled RN-Clinical Lead to join
our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing
leadership in clinical settings to ensure the delivery of
high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care. Ascension

a RN-Clinical Lead, you will play a central role in embodying this
mission. This role demands a proactive approach in managing care
teams, shaping clinical policies, and enhancing patient outcomes
through innovative care practices. Lead and coordinate nursing
teams to ensure optimal patient care and smooth daily operations.
Implement and evaluate patient care protocols and standards in
alignment with organizational goals. Serve as a primary point of
contact for communication among healthcare professionals, patients,
and their families. Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and development. Participate in
the development and revision of departmental policies and
procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Regularly assess staff performance and provide
constructive feedback. Facilitate teamwork to ensure that patient
care is delivered effectively, efficiently, and compassionately.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical
procedures and patient-care management. Ability to make quick and
informed decisions in high-pressure environments. Highly skilled in
mentoring and staff development. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Certification in leadership
or management, such as the Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC)
or Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML), is highly
desirable.
