comprehensive nursing processes such as assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to oversee patient care, delegate
tasks efficiently, and educate both patients and their families.
Strong communication skills are crucial for sharing relevant
patient information within the healthcare team and collaborating to
resolve issues that impact patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate delivery of quality cardiovascular surgical
nursing care Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized
care plans Delegate and supervise nursing activities ensuring
compliance with standards Educate patients and families regarding
care and recovery processes Communicate effectively with
interdisciplinary healthcare staff Identify variances from patient
goals and participate in remedy strategies Desired Qualifications:
Valid RN licensure with specialized experience in Cardiovascular
Operating Room (CVOR) nursing Proficient in nursing processes and
documentation practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to think critically to resolve patient care challenges
