You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of professionals across our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, championing the recovery process and improving patients quality of life. Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse within the scope of practice Administer medications and record all treatments and medications competently Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital statistics and other data Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and homecare procedures Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Attend professional development workshops and remain informed of best practices in nursing care Proficient in medical software and tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care principles, procedures, and practices Ability to handle high-stress situations with professional composure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment CPR certification IV certification preferred
