Job Description Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a job in New Braunfels, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinical Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. /n Summary: /n Responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: IV Admixture Certification REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): NA LI-RR1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
