Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,350 to $1,544 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title City/State: San Antonio, Texas Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 01/23/2026 Job Description: Registered Nurse needed for Surgical ICU. Requires strong critical thinking skills and previous ICU experience. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Perform procedures such as chest tubes, intubations, and central lines. Ensure compliance with relevant documentation and hospital guidelines. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years ICU experience. Active TX RN License (Temporary licenses not accepted). ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required.
