Candidates should possess skills in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Excellent critical thinking skills are essential for this role. ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required. Floating to other units may be necessary as part of the position. Dress code includes navy scrubs for RN staff. Compliance with grooming policies is expected. This position demands punctuality and responsibility for attendance. Candidates must adhere to attendance policies and timekeeping protocols.
