Job Description Job Description Salary: Job Overview: We are
seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our
Home Health team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide
high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the
lives of individuals and their families. Duties: - Conduct
comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Develop and
implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed - Monitor vital signs and observe for any
changes in patients' condition - Provide wound care and assist with
dressing changes - Assist with activities of daily living, such as
bathing, grooming, and mobility - Educate patients and their
families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness -
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate
patient care - Perform venipuncture and IV infusion as needed
Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Texas - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home
health or a related field - Knowledge of OASIS and home health
protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities If you are
