Job Description:
Sonic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Lab Assistant to join

in supporting our laboratory processes, ensuring that tests and
procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately, under the
strict guidelines and regulations of healthcare standards. Prepare
specimens and samples for analysis, following strict protocols to
ensure contamination-free processing. Operate and maintain
laboratory equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues. Record
and manage data with high accuracy, ensuring privacy and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with laboratory
technologists and pathologists to facilitate diagnostic tests and
procedures. Assist in the implementation of new laboratory
techniques and protocols. Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and
resourced. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex
procedures accurately. Proficiency in using laboratory information
systems and diagnostic equipment. Excellent organizational and
communication skills. Capability to work effectively under pressure
in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certification as a Laboratory Assistant from
an accredited program is preferred but not required.
