Assess, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents with respiratory ailments. Operate and manage life support systems and various medical devices used in respiratory care. Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions and improving respiratory health. Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to enhance care delivery. Expertise in pediatric respiratory care Proficiency in using respiratory care devices and machines Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and patient instruction Ability to work flexibly in high-stress environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Respiratory Therapist license Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
