Job Description:

Practitioner Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in delivering
respiratory care services to patients across our extensive network
of care facilities. Your expertise will support our mission to
improve human life by providing compassionate and effective
respiratory treatment tailored to the needs of our patients.
Evaluate patient's respiratory conditions through consultations and
diagnostic tests. Develop and implement targeted treatment plans
based on patient’s medical history and specific needs. Operate and
maintain respiratory care devices and equipment. Educate patients
and families on treatment plans and respiratory management
strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient
care and recovery. Adhere to safety standards and regulatory
requirements for respiratory care. Document patient care services
by charting in patient and department records. Proficiency in using
respiratory care equipment such as ventilators, CPAP machines, and
oxygen therapy systems. Strong analytical skills to assess patient
conditions and implement appropriate treatments. Effective
communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and
healthcare professionals. Ability to handle stressful situations
and make critical decisions promptly. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Certified
Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current state license as a Respiratory
Care Practitioner.
