Job Description:
Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Urgent Care
team in New Braunfels, TX . The ideal candidate will have prior
urgent care experience and a proven ability to manage patients
independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Key
Responsibilities - Provide evaluation and treatment for patients
with a wide range of urgent and non-emergent conditions - Perform
minor procedures, wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent
care services - Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
such as X-rays and labs - Collaborate with urgent care physicians
and support staff to ensure high-quality care - Educate patients on
treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care - Maintain
accurate documentation within the EMR system Qualifications -
Licensed NP or PA in the state of Texas - National certification
(AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) - Previous urgent care experience required -
BLS and ACLS certifications - Excellent clinical judgment and
ability to work independently Schedule & Compensation - 3 ½ shifts
per week , with rotating weekends - Competitive compensation
