This role entails managing the radiology department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging, and aligning with our mission to innovate and provide compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of radiologic technology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Manage day-to-day operations of the radiology department. Supervise and train radiology staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain the radiology department's budget and inventory. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to integrate radiology services across the network. Perform advanced radiographic diagnostic procedures as needed. Expertise in X-ray and radiologic technology Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety Proficient in using radiology information and hospital information systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) credential Valid state license to practice radiologic technology
