Qualifications The Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse will assess,
plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for the rehab patient. -
You will perform a complete and accurate nursing assessment. - You
will plan comprehensive nursing care for the rehab patient
according to written hospital standards and physician orders. - You
will perform and legibly document nursing care to the rehab patient
in compliance with written physician orders. - You will evaluate
patient care outcomes in an appropriate and timely manner.
Experience: - 1-3 years’ experience as a staff nurse: Required
Education: - Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(preferred) License/Certification: - Current license to practice as
a Registered Nurse in Texas; If the compact license, Texas license
must be obtained within 90 days of hire: Required - Current
certification from the American Heart Association as a BLS Health
Care provider: Required - Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing
(CRRN): Preferred St. David’s Medical Center, part of St. David’s
