will oversee the daily operations and patient care within our
dialysis unit. You will facilitate efficient and safe dialysis
treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure

pivotal role balances clinical responsibilities with administrative

daily operations of the dialysis unit. Supervise and evaluate
nursing staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Develop and implement training and development programs for all
dialysis department staff. Monitor patient care for quality and
adherence to treatment protocols. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in administrative duties such as budgeting and
inventory management. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously Expert knowledge of dialysis treatment and
procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice BLS Certification Certification in Nephrology Nursing
(CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred
