Practice Manager County Line Veterinary Clinic Are you the kind of

ventures including Infinite PawsAbilities, Veterinary Marketing &
Management, and Ebet Enterprises, giving you the opportunity to
contribute to a dynamic and growing organization. What You’ll Do As
Practice Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic
— ensuring everything runs smoothly so our veterinary team can
focus on providing exceptional care. Leadership & Culture Lead,
mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals and support
staff Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture where
people love coming to work Communicate goals, motivate the team,
and maintain high standards for service and care Conduct employee
reviews, support professional development, and resolve staff issues
Client Experience Champion a client-centered environment focused on
excellent service Help resolve complex client concerns with empathy
and professionalism Support strategies that attract new clients and
strengthen relationships with existing ones Operations & Finance
Work with the owner and accountant on budgets, financial reports,
and performance metrics Manage payroll, monitor accounts
payable/receivable, and oversee daily financial reporting Track
clinic KPIs and help develop strategies that support clinic growth
and success Inventory & Vendor Management Ensure the clinic is
fully stocked with the medications and supplies needed for patient
care Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate the best
deals Maintain accurate inventory systems and monitor controlled
drug compliance Facilities, Equipment & Technology Keep clinic
equipment, computers, phones, and systems running smoothly Research
and implement new equipment and technology Coordinate maintenance,
repairs, and facility improvements Oversee safety procedures and
training to ensure a secure environment Compliance & Safety Ensure
compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, and veterinary
practice requirements Maintain records for radiology safety and
controlled substances Implement and oversee safety plans and staff
training Marketing & Community Engagement Help strengthen the
clinic’s online presence and reputation Oversee marketing
materials, website updates, and community outreach Support
campaigns and initiatives that connect our clinic with the
community What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines
business savvy with compassion and leadership. Required: Bachelor’s
degree Minimum 3 years working in a veterinary practice Experience
with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills You’ll thrive here if
you: Have genuine compassion for both people and animals Are
confident making decisions and taking charge when needed Can juggle
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Communicate with
tact, professionalism, and empathy Enjoy building systems that make
teams more efficient and successful Physical & Work Environment May
require lifting up to 50 pounds Periods of sitting, standing, and
moving throughout the clinic Exposure to animals, noise, odors, and
