Job Description:

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our senior residents. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care and support by assisting with daily living activities and meeting the physical and emotional needs of residents. Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and record the resident's condition and report any changes to the nursing or medical staff Provide support with mobility, including helping residents in walking and transferring from beds to wheelchairs Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the residence area Support the emotional and social needs of residents through companionship and basic supportive care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Physical endurance for frequent activity Empathetic and compassionate nature Keen observation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant certification CPR and First Aid certification preferred
