Description: Seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract to
provide care and rehabilitation services across acute, inpatient
rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. The role requires neuro
experience including stroke rehab, SCI, and BI. Responsibilities:
Follow schedule provided and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standard Requirements:
Neuro background including stroke rehab, SCI, and BI Experience in
acute, IPR, and OP settings Understanding of IPR post-acute
guidelines and utilization of CARE tool assessment Ability to
transition between multiple programs on any given day
