This is a true consultative-only role, allowing you to focus on high-risk pregnancy management, imaging, and clinical decision-making without the demands of deliveries or primary OB care. You will join an established and highly productive team with strong referral support and immediate patient volume. The program is in active growth mode, with plans to build a 3-5 physician team, creating opportunities for leadership and long-term program development. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Consultative-only MFM practice - no deliveries or primary OB care
• Join a high-growth program expanding to 3-5 MFM physicians
• Established team of 2 MFMs producing 12K+ wRVUs annually
• Immediate patient volume with strong unmet demand
• Built-in referrals from OB/GYN network and 60+ PCPs
• Support Level IV NICU at flagship hospital
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities; OB hospitalists manage admits
• 5-day workweek with flexible and part-time options available
• Shared call model trending toward 1:3 or better (mostly phone-based)
