Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you’ll Oversee the daily
operation of prepping, cooking, and delivering high-quality
barbecue menu items to designated locations with the park. This
role ensures that all food is prepared according to established
recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines. The BBQ Cook
maintains a clean and organized work area, monitors food quality
and presentation, and works efficiently to meet guest demand during
peak park hours. This position requires strong time management,
attention to detail, and adherence to food safety protocols while
delivering an exceptional dining experience for park guests. Some
