Responsibilities: Collaborate with account managers to understand
job requirements and develop sourcing strategies Post job ads on
various platforms and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn,
job boards, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial
interviews, and manage the interview scheduling process Maintain
and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure a positive
candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in
employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications: 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or
in-house) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn
Recruiter) Passion for connecting people with opportunities
Preferred: Experience recruiting in commercial construction
