constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Every system we

and each other. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager
(TPM) to lead integration and development of our next generation
satellites. This role sits at the intersection of hardware,
software, manufacturing, and systems engineering, driving complex
programs that ultimately become part of the LEO satellite
infrastructure powering global connectivity. In this role, you will
lead design, implementation, deployment and operations of a 3GPP 5G
NTN and Open RAN based networking and management stack functions
for the satellite payloads. You will work closely with software,
test and validation, reliability, RF hardware, and custom silicon
development teams to optimize low-latency high-reliability payload
connectivity solution. This is an individual contributor role with
broad organizational influence. You’ll drive alignment and
execution through technical depth, strong program fundamentals, and
trusted partnerships, driving work across engineering, operations,
and production. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable
export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S.
citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green
Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or
granted asylum. - 5 years of technical product or program
management experience - 7 years of working directly with
engineering teams experience - 3 years of software development
experience - 5 years of technical program management working
directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience
managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes
and coordinating release schedules - Experience leading
software/hardware development and integration teams working on 3GPP
based UE and base stations. - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used
to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior
leadership - Experience facilitating discussions with senior
leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best
practices, and risk mitigation - Experience with RF lab equipment
including VNA, power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal
generators - Experience with automation, testing, or monitoring
framework development - Experience working with and influencing
senior level stakeholders - Experience with strong project
management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
