Job Description:
AWS Marketing Technology is seeking a Product Manager Technical
to drive innovation across executive experiences at AWS flagship
first-party and third-party events. This role sits at the
intersection of executive engagement, event technology, and
AI-powered personalization, helping scale targeted experiences for
strategic customers and executives while solving complex data flow
challenges across our growing third-party event portfolio. As AWS
continues to evolve its event strategy, we're looking for a
technical product leader who can deliver executive-grade
experiences across both first-party and third-party events, while
standardizing event data flows and automating manual workflows
across varied third-party vendors. The ideal candidate combines
technical depth with product vision, stakeholder management skills,
and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across
complex technology ecosystems. This role will be crucial in
delivering AI-powered executive experiences across AWS first-party
and third-party events, while standardizing event technology
platforms to unlock additional value from our growing third-party
event portfolio. Key job responsibilities * Innovate on AI-powered
executive discovery, meeting scheduling and intelligence, and
personalized content experiences for third-party events *
Consolidate fragmented systems to streamline executive engagement
workflows * Establish content feedback loops that continuously
improve relevance and personalization across third-party events *
Automate manual workflows across varied third-party event vendors,
improving data quality and integration with core marketing systems
* Develop product strategy to scale solutions across AWS's growing
portfolio of Flagship and Cohort third-party events * Standardize
event data flows to enable consistent, high-quality lead management
and customer insights * Build strategic relationships with
stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Executive
Programs teams * Translate complex technical solutions into product
requirements that deliver scalable, automated solutions improving

professional - 5 years of customer-facing product development and
product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing
product and services experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of
agile product development and life-cycle management process - 5
years of product or program management, product marketing, business
development or technology experience - Experience working with
engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to
market - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver
products and online services on tight deadlines - 7 years of
customer-facing product development and product management,
including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
experience - Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing
deliverables for your team products - Experience with event

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
