Job Description Job Description Department(s): Test and Balance
Summary of essential job functions Utilize testing and balancing
skills, along with calibrated instruments to balance HVAC systems
Technician must establish & maintain a positive relationship with
customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and
written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
Gather system data and performance information and fills out test
and balance forms Plans and manages workload to achieve the most
efficient use of time adhering to established budgets and
schedules. Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and
maintains security and accountability of company issued and
procured assets Organizes and complies with all pertinent
documentation needed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to
successfully manage the businesses required reports. Displays team
effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to
work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including
occasional overnight stays. Operating knowledge of Microsoft office
software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e.
Smartphone, iPhone, iPad). NEBB technician certification desired
but not required Availability To Work Nights/Weekends and Out of
Town May Be Necessary Minimum requirements Must pass pre-employment
Drug and Background Test Reliable Transportation Able To Read,
Write and Speak English (REQUIRED) Valid Driver's License with no
major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's in previous 5
years. Abilities required Able To Lift 50 Lbs Able To Climb On
Ladders Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:
