Job Description:

Sysco, a global leader in food distribution, is seeking experienced CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join our dedicated team. This role requires excellent driving and operational skills to conduct deliveries and ensure timely provision of our products to various customer locations including restaurants, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Our drivers play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and elevating customer satisfaction through prompt and responsible service. Operate a tractor trailer to deliver and unload products to customer sites, ensuring timely delivery. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain safe driving records. Manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers. Check vehicle before and after trips, reporting any mechanical problems immediately. Coordinate with the logistics team to track deliveries and route planning. Build good relationships with customers during deliveries. Adhere to company operating policies and procedures. Proficiency in operating a CDL-A tractor trailer. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical workload required to load and unload cargoes. Keen attention to detail for logging and reporting purposes. Good time management to adhere to delivery schedules.
