Overview Assist the Executive Director in the oversight of the
planning, direction and implementation of all program and policies
of the company and to ensure the efficient and effective
administration of execution of community business, specifically the
departments under his/her supervision as directed by the executive
director. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Essential Functions Meets all expectations of meaningful
contacts, leases and occupancy.
Responds and follows up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins
timely and appropriately.
Keeps up to date with information about competitors.
Maintains resident retention by working with residents and their
families, dealing with any issues that arise.
Responsible for all aspects of the community in the absence of
the Executive director.
Acts as contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community
organizations, referral partners, vendors, government agencies and

systems and programs.
Maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.
Maintains all local, state, and federal licenses.
Participates in the Manager on Duty program.
Attends all required training, in-service, and staff
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the
prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the
achievement of safe working practices.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents,
visitors, families and co-workers.
Adheres to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor’s Degree
from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two
years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Area of Study: Sales and Marketing, Business Management and/or
Hospitality related field
Years of Experience: 3+ years
Type of Experience: senior living, sales and / or
Special Certifications: n/a
Technical Competencies: computer skills
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet
Ability to work with and lead a team
Information Systems: Microsoft office, CRM knowledge
