Whatyoulldo as aDesktop Support
- Making the customer your top priority at all times, you will
provide exceptional service according to technical requests.
- Provide technical support across a wide variety of operating
systems and devices.
- Escalate customer support to the necessary leadership as
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide best-in-class
- Considered a Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Working toward a bachelors degree in a relevant field is
- Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of information technology
experience or course work.
